At Ashalondon, we want every purchase to feel risk-free. If something isn't right, we've built a simple and transparent return process so you know exactly what to expect.
14-Day Returns
You may return your order within 14 days of receiving it. Items need to be unused, in their original condition, and shipped back with all original packaging, tags, and accessories included. Our support team is on hand to help you through every step.
There are no restocking fees of any kind on returns.

Return Costs
If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, we'll cover the cost of return shipping. This applies whenever a product is faulty, gets damaged in transit, or doesn't match what you ordered.
If you're returning an item for any other reason — a change of mind, an incorrect order, or sizing issues — return shipping costs are your responsibility. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
How to Return an Item
To begin a return, email us at: support@ashalondon.com
Please include your order number and the reason for the return.
Repackage the item carefully in its original packaging, with all tags, accessories, and documents included.
You'll need to arrange and pay for your own return label and send the item back via a tracked shipping service. Ashalondon does not provide return labels.
Once we approve your return, we'll send you instructions on where and how to send the item back. Items must be returned by post. Please follow the instructions in that email and use the suggested shipping method where possible.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we'll inspect it to confirm it meets our return requirements.
After approval, your refund will be sent to your original payment method. Refunds are generally processed within 10 business days, though your bank or payment provider may take additional time to make the funds available.
Exchanges
Want a different size, colour, or product instead? Just reach out to us at: support@ashalondon.com and we'll help set up an exchange.
Non-Returnable Items
Some products can't be returned for hygiene and safety reasons. Any such items will be clearly labelled as non-returnable on their product pages.
